Our data centre partners are investigating a major network incident. Some of you may be experiencing degraded performance or a complete loss of service. They have a number of their Senior Network Engineers and Architects working on the issue. At present they do not have an ETA but we will be sending out regular updates until final resolution. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Degraded/loss of service across parts of the network infrastructure. This has been caused by an unexpected expansion of the routing table causing some memory issues in older core nodes. Whilst the table is now back to its expected size some devices are still not forwarding data correctly. Senior Engineering teams are currently working on the issue and will be completing a number of Emergency changes to help restore service. These change will be undertaken over the next 40 to 60mins but may I stress this is not a definitive fix time at this stage. Further updates to follow.

Senior Engineering teams are working on the issue and are looking to push through emergency changes to help restore service after the first waive of emergency changes were not successful. The next update will be within 30 minutes.
